Each board is only a 1-person Duty
**Concession Stand**
3 Volunteers is preferred
Volunteers at the concession stand will be responsible for opening the stand and preparing food. Throughout the shift, it is important to keep the fridges and snack racks stocked with items.
Closing duties include cleaning the hot dog roller, the food warmer, and other used machines. All trash inside the concession stands and the three surrounding trash cans must be collected. Volunteers should pull and replace trash bags and place the filled bags in front of the concession stands. The head coach will then drive to take the trash bags to the dumpster located in the elementary school parking lot.
