General Question

Our league typically accepts children ages 5-14. We have divisions based on age to ensure safety and competitive balance. Please check our website for specific age requirements for each division.

Registration fees vary by age group and division, usually from $75 to $150. This fee covers uniforms, equipment, and field maintenance.  We also offer a family cap to help reduce out-of-pocket expenditures and promote our program as a trustworthy family-oriented organization.

??We also provide financial assistance for families in need.??

The fee covers a team jersey, hat, and field maintenance supplies. Players are responsible for their own bats, cleats, gloves, and helmets.  Your Head Coach will reach out once the season begins to let you know the color of the pants, socks, and belt.

The season typically begins in late March and runs through early June. We also hold a series of practices before the season kicks off.

Parent & Player Questions

During the spring season, the concession stand is the location for lost and found items.  During the off-season, the lost and found will be announced throughout the fall ball and off-season via social media.

The preseason gear exchange helps families save on sports equipment by giving new life to gently used items. It ensures that every child has access to the gear they need to play, regardless of budget. This community-driven event promotes sustainability, teamwork, and support for all players and families.

Team & Coach Questions

Teams usually practice once or twice a week, with games on throughout the week. Additionally, we rely on parents to volunteer for various roles, such as coaching, team management, and snack coordination.

We form teams based on age and skill level to ensure balanced competition. While we try to accommodate friend requests, our primary focus is creating fair and balanced teams.

Yes, registration provides home and away jerseys, hats, and access to most equipment needed for games and practices. Players will need to bring their own gloves and cleats.  We also suggest the following player-owned equipment for all ages: a heart guard/shirt with a built-in chest protector, a cup with a supporter, bats, and a helmet.

Cancellations will be communicated via email or text and posted on our website and social media channels. Canceled games are typically rescheduled within a week.  Your Head Coach will let you know more once the season begins.

Fundraising, Volunteer Checks, & Service Hours

Fundraising is crucial for keeping registration costs low and covering expenses like field upkeep, equipment, and scholarships. You can assist by promoting or participating in our fundraising events, seeking sponsorships, or contributing to league initiatives. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference for our players!

We rely on parent volunteers for coaching, assistant coaching, team management, and helping with league events. Volunteering is a great way to support the league and spend time with your child on the field.

We offer various ways to volunteer, including coaching, assisting during practices and games, helping with field maintenance, managing concessions, and supporting league events. Each role contributes to a successful season for our players!

As a non-profit organization, we rely on family involvement to keep the league running smoothly and costs low. Volunteer support ensures we can provide a quality experience for all players without raising fees significantly.

The Volunteer check is a $200 deposit required during registration from each family to commit to at least 3 volunteer obligations throughout the season. This donation goes directly toward supporting league expenses and programs if the obligations are not completed by the end of the season.

You may also choose to pay the $200 during registration and be exempt from all Volunteer Obligations during the Spring Season.

Yes! Once you fulfill your 3 Volunteer Obligations, your check will either be returned or not processed. For those who choose not to volunteer, the funds will go towards enhancing our facilities and programs.
